Forbes just summarized a report titled “The Vital Entrepreneur: High Impact At It’s Best” by Ernst & Young and The Kauffman Foundation For Entrepreneurship.
The top 5 strengths as reported by some of the top entrepreneurs in the U.S. are:
- Ability to communicate vision and instill passion
- Ability to identify and develop talent
- Ability to see around the corner
- Ability to listen to advice
- Decisiveness
#BOOM
Looking back on 5+ years of entrepreneurship so far, I agree that these are the things that are dang near impossible to delegate to others but absolutely vital to leading a team and business.
And of course I’m still a work in progress on all of them.
