Web hosting: HostGator, Doreo, or Lunarpages — These hosting companies offer cPanel and Fantastico for easy email setup and WordPress installations and upgrades
Domain Name Registration: Godaddy — Although Godaddy offers hosting too, I suggest registering domain names with them, then pointing them to a hosting plan with cPanel if you’re going to use WordPress
Content Management Software: WordPress
Personal Email: Gmail — Great spam protection
Organizational Email: Google Apps — You can use your own domain name with the power of Gmail
